What Type of Screen is Best For Pets?
It depends. Our security screens, also called pet-proof screens, are made from stainless steel mesh secured in an aluminum frame — and are the most durable screens we offer. They can withstand abuse from claws and teeth, hail, golf balls, and other debris, and if installed correctly, will not pop out of your window.
We also offer pet screen, another highly durable screen. It is only pet-resistant but is 7 times stronger than fiberglass screen mesh. It does not offer the same safety or security as our security screens. Learn more about pet screen.
How Do You Cat Proof a Window?
