Metro Screenworks Returns and Exchanges

Please read over the following terms. If you agree to and meet these terms then please fill out and email back the below Return Authorization request form. 

  • Returns are accepted for up to 30 days from time of order. Initial shipping will not be refunded. Customer is responsible to arrange and pay for return shipping. A 20% restocking fee will apply.

  • All returns or exchange must be requested and made with in 30 days from time of purchase. 

  • Custom products or special orders may not be returned. For example rolls of screen less then 100 ft. in length, window screens, security screens, screen doors, roll-up shades, retractable screens and in other made to order products can NOT be returned or exchanged. 

  • Returned merchandise must be in like new, resalable condition and in original packaging. 

  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned or exchanged items. The restocking fee will be waived if the item is received and confirmed as defective.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • All returns that are authorized must be shipped back at the customers expense.

  • Do not attempt to return a product with out prior written approval. If product is shipped back without an approval packing slip from Metro Screenworks we cannot be liable for what happens with product and cannot issue a refund or credit. 

  • Stock items may be returned withing 30 days of purchase.

Please fill out the return authorization form below to apply for a return. If your item is approved for return or exchange you will be emailed a return authorization packing slip which you will need to print out and include with returned merchandise. You will receive a response back with in 48 hours.

No custom orders can be returned. Be sure to check all measurements and read product descriptions carefully before ordering. We are able to provide samples and phone assistance to insure you are well acquainted with our product before your purchase. Please contact us by email if there is any dissatisfaction with our product. Do so within 24 hours.

A shipping quote will be supplied upon order of product. We ship Ground Carriers - USPS, UPS or FED EX. For Large Items we use a Shipping Professional. Any shipping damage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Please keep all packing material for inspection by shipper. Damage must be noted on shipping slip.
