Warranty

Metro Screenworks, Inc. guarantees that all orders are received free from damage incurred during shipping, defects in materials and craftsmanship, and inaccuracies on our part. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the order within 10 days of delivery and inspect for damage, defects in the materials and craftsmanship, and order accuracy. Warranty claims should be made via email to support@metroscreenworks.com.  

 Some products may carry an additional manufacturer’s warranty and are available upon request.

Price Adjustment Policy

Items purchased at full price may be eligible for a price adjustment if the item has been marked down for the first time within 5 days from the original date of purchase. Price adjustments are not guaranteed and cannot be combined with previous discounts. To request a one-time price adjustment, please email support@metroscreenworks.comwithin the 5-day window. Upon approval, you will be credited in form of original payment.

Order Changes and Cancellations Policy

All order changes and cancellation requests need to be made in writing within 24 hours from original date of purchase. If you would like to request a cancellation, please email us at orders@metroscreenworks.com  with “CHANGE” or “CANCEL” in the subject line and we will verify whether we can accommodate the request. Please keep in mind that order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed and may be refused if the order has been shipped, is packed and ready to ship, or if production has begun. If the product has been shipped and it is a stock item, it is subject to our Return Policy below.

Return Policy

Returns on stock items may be accepted up to 30 days from the original date of purchase. All returns must be requested through the form below and approved in writing by Metro Screenworks, Inc. Do not attempt to return and item without prior written approval. Failure to obtain written approval may result in processing delays or in the return request being denied. Metro Screenworks, Inc. is not liable for any items returned without prior written approval.

There is a 20% restocking fee applied to all approved returns. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipping. All returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Metro Screenworks, Inc. is not liable for any damage to items incurred during shipping.  

Returned items must be received in like-new, resalable condition and in the original packaging.

Custom-made products and special orders cannot be returned. Custom-made products include, but are not limited to, window screens, screen doors, retractable screens, tempered glass panels, security screens, and solar shades. For custom orders, please carefully check your measurements and review all product descriptions prior to ordering. If you agree to the terms above and would like to request a return, please fill out the Return Authorization Request below. If your order is approved for return, you will be emailed a Return Authorization Packing Slip that must be printed out and included with the returned item(s).
