SNAPP PVC Track
SNAPP® PVC Track Screen Porch Kit
SNAPP® PVC Track Porch Screen Kits offer a flexible, affordable solution for screening porches, patios, and custom enclosures—especially in coastal areas or arched openings. Made from durable extruded PVC, this system is easy to install, cost-effective, and delivers a clean, professional finish without bulky connectors. Ideal for shoreline climates, unique shapes, and smaller to mid-size projects (openings up to 110 sq. ft.), SNAPP® PVC track can be butted or mitered for a seamless fit and mounted inside or around the opening. For large openings or cold-weather areas, consider SNAPP® aluminum track instead—both options provide reliable performance and long-lasting results.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is SNAPP® screen Track suitable for residential and commercial screen projects?
Is it possible to install the SNAPP® screen Track myself?
What type of screen mesh should I use with SNAPP screen?
What do I need to install SNAPP® screen Track?
Do my screen frames or openings need to be square, plumb and level before the new screen is installed?
Can I install screens for oddly shaped frames?
Can I install SNAPP® screen facing inwards?
Can I install SNAPP® screen Track directly to concrete or pressure treated lumber?
While not actually needed, we do recommend that a bond breaker be applied between aluminum SNAPP® screen Track and the concrete or pressure treated mounting surface. Simply run standard electrical tape on the back side of all aluminum track to break the bond.
Stainless steel installation hardware, like our stock mounting screws, should always be used with pressure treated lumber.
What is the largest opening that can be screened?
Be practical in design - just because a massive opening can be screened doesn’t always mean it should be. Keep your application, exposure, potential abuse, climate, etc. in mind.
My openings require extrusions longer than stock 94" SNAPP® screen Tracks.
I have spline and/or a spline tool, my local home center sells spline and/or tools - can I use them with SNAPP® screen Track?
Which is better - Aluminum or PVC SNAPP® screen Track?
Standard recommendations:
- If your opening is over 110 SF: Use aluminum SNAPP® screen Track
- If you reside in a shoreline location: Use PVC SNAPP® screen Track
- If you reside in an area prone to extreme or extended freezing conditions: Use aluminum SNAPP® screen Track
- If you have an arch: Use PVC SNAPP® screen Track for the arch
