A package sent to us containing two large window screens was damaged in transit by Fedex. The aluminum screen frames were unfortunately bent. We had purchased package protection and reported the loss to Metro Screenworks the following day. Within 24 hours Metro was working on their replacements. We were very impressed by their response! The screens look awesome.

Our packaged screens fell out of the FedEx delivery truck. The damaged box was delivered by our neighbors. Inside were damaged screens. Metro honored the protection insurance we paid without squabble. Thank you, Metro!
