I was so tired of my screens blowing out with every storm because the pins were breaking. I saw the acorns but didn't know much about them so I used the text feature on the website to ask all my questions. The person on the other could not have been more patient in helping me (a novice) understand how to install. They even pointed me to another site with a good price on rivets. Who knew I would ever use "rivets" in a sentence! Watched a youtube video and I have installed the acorns and rivets so far on my 8 worst screens. Have had 2 major storms and not a budge. It was also a challenge because the screens don't set the same in all the windows, but the acorns clicked in place. Next nice day I will finish up.
